The Track Manager is a simple tool that gives you more customization options for your Agenda. Think of tracks as categories of activities. They give visibility to attendees regarding the path they will follow throughout the event timeline. They also help event hosts visualize how people will moving through their event's agenda.
For example, you could use tracks to split up a group training seminar into a beginner track and advanced track.
Click the Track Manager tab under Management Tools, which is a menu category on the right within the Event Builder Website section.
Within the Track Manager, you can create new tracks (which save to your library for future use), customize their color and delete them.
Additionally, you'll see a link to the Agenda Manager within the Track Manager tool. After you create tracks, you'll want to use them in your overall agenda. Note that you can access the Agenda Manger either by clicking that link shown above, or by the right-hand tool menu.

- Standard Layout
- Grid View
Click the AGENDA button on your main site menu and you will be taken to the standard layout mode.
At the top of the Agenda page, you'll see all of the tracks you assigned to activities on your agenda (with their associated color blocks) - attendees can filter their view of the agenda by clicking any of the small square icons.
Note: break sessions are typically applicable to all attendees (no matter what track they are on), so breaks (dark grey) will show up no matter what track you select
This is an excellent way for your attendees to easily view the tracks they are participating in.
Additionally, you can access Grid View from the agenda page by clicking the button in the upper righthand corner. This view provides a holistic view of your event, with color-coded tracks, speakers, rooms and time slots.
