The Room Manager lets you divide your Location into separate spaces, each with their own capacity. The beauty of the Room Manager is its storing capacity and availability of detail - when you enter rooms for a specific location, they will save for future events. Additionally, you have the ability to deeply customize each room with regard to facilities and capacity.
Without a location, there would be no rooms. So first, the Room Manager let's you either select an existing location you've already created for your organization, or create a new one. You can also edit an existing location - let's say you want to use a new conference room for a location you've already create - you give you that ability.

Now that we have a location set for our event, let's scroll down to the actual Room Manager. You'll quickly see you have the ability to create new rooms and their individual capacities - once you create a room, it will stay in that venue's "Room Library" until you delete it (by clicking the delete icon next to the room name).
AGENDA SETUP WITH ROOMS
Your rooms come into play back on the overall Agenda Manager tab (for more information on the Agenda Manager, visit the help article here).

TIE ROOMS TO AGENDA ACTIVITIES
After you have created your venues and rooms, head on over to the Agenda Manager (under Management Tools within the WEBSITE section of the Event Builder.
On the Agenda Manager tab, after you create an activity, click Advanced Settings.
When you click into Advanced Settings, you will be taken into an organized, holistic view of your agenda slots, with more options to customize your activity slots.
You'll see an option to edit the room location (using a dropdown menu) in this view. Additionally, if you're making your agenda and realize you need to add a room, you can click Location right above the dropdown menu and you'll be led back to the Room Manager tool.
The logic in our system won't let you schedule overlapping activity time slots in the same room, so we have a safeguard built-in that prevents double-booking a room!
ROOMS ON YOUR SITE
Once you publish your site and turn on the agenda, you'll see an Agenda tab on your main menu (left side of the page). Click into here and you'll see the schedule you just made, with all activities in the rooms you created.
