With our Hotel Listings tool, you'll be able to create what is essentially a custom page for all special hotel deals you want to offer your attendees.
The tool allows you to create "mini profiles" for hotels, including their basic information. These hotels will be saved for your organization to allow use on future events. You can also create custom deals for your registrants.
CREATE AND EDIT HOTELS
See below the full Hotel page, in all its glory. This page controls the layout and content of your accommodations page on your event website. You can add a general description for your page, add hotels and edit/delete existing hotels (that you've already added in the past, which live in your hotel database).
CREATE & EDIT A HOTEL
To create a hotel, click the Hotel drop-down menu - select ADD NEW HOTEL. When you select this option, a modal will pop-up allowing you to essentially create a "profile" for the hotel:
Fill out the information and click Save Hotel at the bottom. Notice you are giving the hotel a general URL, (this will come into play later).
After the hotel, you can add it to your event by clicking back into the dropdown and selecting your newly-added hotel. Then click Add Hotel to Event. (You can also edit your existing hotel's profile at a later point, if you need to update their information for any reason, like a phone number.)
CREATE A DEAL
Once you add a hotel to your event, you will be prompted by a new modal, to enter a specific deal for your particular event. If standard rates apply, you are not required to fill out a deal - you can simply put "Standard Rates Apply" in the Deal Terms section if you wish.
It is helpful, however, to provide a link and special contact number. We see many clients utilize this to field hotel inquiries with the preferred hotel(s) of the event.
After you add a deal, you will see it added below (refresh your page if not). You can easily delete an existing deal with the small red icon on the left [of the deal], or you can edit an existing deal by clicking the small green button named View Listing.

Now, you have easily-accessible information for accommodations that your attendees can access right on your website. Check it out:
You'll see information about the hotel (i.e. the address) and the specific deal are displayed on your Accommodations page [on your event website].
One thing to note - you will see two links for your hotel:
- Book Reservation Now: this link is the special link you entered when creating your DEAL
- Hotel Website: this link is the one you entered when filling out the hotel's PROFILE
