If you're using tickets, you can use the Retail Ticket Detail report for information on your ticket sales.
USING THE DETAIL TICKET REPORT
When you select the Retail Ticket Detail report from the main reporting menu, you'll be brought into the report in a new internet browser tab:
You'll notice at the top of the Ticket Detail report 3 key stats:
- Total sales
- Average sale price
- Number of purchasers (not number of tickets purchased)
The report is also interactive - you can email ticket links to customers, reprint them (which includes a QR code for check-in), manually check ticket holders into your event and delete orders.
Remember, you can also accomplish these tasks on the dashboard. Click the event you wish, then click the TICKETS button to open the ticket module.
