If you're the host that prefers to have a physical list of attendees and exhibitors for check-in, we have you covered. With a click, you can generate a full list of your attendees and/or exhibitors that includes:
- Registration information
- Contact information
- Amount due
- QR Code
THE REPORT & USE CASE
Take a look at this example export to get a feel for the list:
Checkboxes allow you to manually keep track of attendees as they enter your event and a QR code sits at the far right of the registrant, allowing you to check them in using your mobile app.
The beauty of these reports is that they give you the freedom to manually undertake check-in tasks if you need, without the nightmare of spreadsheets. Furthermore, our QR code generator allows you to integrate our technology every step of the way.
NOTE: guests will appear on this list ONLY if they have been registered through our FULL GUEST method (as opposed to our Simple "Plus X" Method - see our Guest Setup article for additional help on setting up guests). BOTH types of guests, however, will show up on our auto-generated Guest Report, (see that article for additional details).
The reason FULL guests show up on the Attendee Check-In List is because those guests are treated like primary registrants in our system. FULL guests are "full" because they are allowed to go through an entire registration form and select their own activities, whereas SIMPLE guests are treated as a quick plus-1 and are assumed to tag along the primary registrant at the event.
EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN LIST
The Exhibitor Check-In list is almost the same as the Attendee Check-In list. The Exhibitor list contains a clean box for each registered Exhibitor and the activities / items they selected during registration (in addition to some basic organization information about them). The one thing it does NOT include is a QR code for check-in - those are only for individual attendees.
