The reporting tool allows you to get a good sense of the types of people at your event. If you need to keep track of guests (of primary registrants), minors that will be attending and which attendees where referred, we have you covered.
You'll be able to quickly access reports for all three of these cohorts of people.
THE REPORTS
The report is formatted to easily print and give you a quick idea of which guests are associated with whom.
These reports also give you additional registrant information that could assist in deeper marketing efforts (like email and address).
REFERRAL REPORT
Check out the referral report - unlike guests and minors, a referral could come from (aka be associated with) a non-human source. Some referrals might come from the Eventsquid search widget, for example.
We love this report because it provides insight into your digital marketing efforts. With this report, you can quickly get a sense of where your attendees are coming from. Just make sure you activate the referral input function on you registration form.
To access, go to the FORMS Builder, then click Attendee Forms & Notices on the righthand toolbar. Click CONFIGURE next to one of your forms / registrant profiles in the grid. In the first module, you'll see an option to Show/Hide the referral prompt and select an input method. Check it out below:
