With Eventsquid, you have the ability to display the logos of your event sponsors on the homepage of your event website in addition to a special section on the site.
You can organize the logos by sponsorship level and also include other information (such as a link to the sponsor's website) along with the logo.
Before you begin, be sure you have the following for your sponsors:
- Good quality logo (jpg, png). Try to start with a square image (if your logo is long, for example, have white above and below to make a square). We will scale the logo to 200 wide x 200 tall.
- Sponsor information (e.g., name, contact, website, main email, etc)
If you don't have them all, don't worry you can always add them later.
In the EVENT BUILDER, click on Website on the menu on the left and select Event Sponsor Logos from the Website Tools section on the right.
CREATE SPONSOR LEVELS
First, create a sponsor level by clicking on +NEW EVENT SPONSOR LEVEL
Enter the sponsor level name (e.g., Platinum, Gold, etc.) and a description (optional). Set how many sponsor logos at this level, whether you want to link to the sponsors website and if you want to display the logos in color or black and white.
To add a sponsor logo to a level, click +Add Sponsor to the right of the name of the level. From there you can search to see if your sponsor is already in the system. If they are not, click the "I don't see my sponsor. Add now"
Once you add them to the list, you can choose the "Select" next to their name and choose the appropriate sponsor level.
