Eventsquid allows you to create multiple agendas (e.g. a Master Agenda or a Workshop Agenda, etc) either from your registration items or freeform or a combination. The completed schedule appears on your event listing.
CREATING YOUR AGENDA
- Click +NEW AGENDA
- Give the Agenda a name (e.g. Main Agenda). If you will have only one Agenda, the name is optional.
- Set the date range for the agenda
- Create your agenda items
Adding Freeform Agenda Items
Start with the time the agenda item starts. The "activity" dropdown will give you a separate agenda item section for each activity. For example, if at 7:00 AM you have 4 different things going on, choose four. The end time is optional.
Click "+ ADD SLOT" and your slots will be created (all are organized by time)
Enter the description of your agenda item. You may format your text and add links.
Under "More Options", you can add speakers and other miscellaneous information. Click Save.
Adding Time-Based Registration Items as Agenda Items
If you have registration items with a date and time associated, you can automatically drop them into your agenda. If you haven't assigned dates/times to your registration items, you can do that here!
Click "Drop Time-Based Registration Items into Agenda". Set the dates and times for your registration items.
TIP: Only set dates and times for registration items where they are meaningful. For example, Lunch and Education Session A are great items to have a date and time. "Super Fun Conference Tickets" is not an item you'd want to set a date/time for.
Once the date and time is set, select the Agenda and click "Update Agenda". This will add the registration item to your agenda. Additionally, the use of date/time with a registration item will create an itinerary for your registrants.
PUBLISH YOUR AGENDA
Once your agenda is set, publish it so it will show on your event website.
