Registration form prompts under the Company, Company Billing and Company Shipping prompt categories will now be displayed in the regular registration form prompt flow under their respective categories.
Previously, the system standard company prompts (i.e., Company Name, Company Position/Title) were displayed with the other prompts in the Personal information section. Custom prompts created under the Company category would display in a separate section, following Personal information.
Further, if you activated Company Billing Address and or Company Shipping Address, the registrant would be prompted for those addresses after registration item selection just before checkout.
Both registrants and event hosts will benefit from the streamlined organization.
Custom Prompt Library
When creating your custom prompts, you will find three additional pre-defined categories:
Company
Company Billing
Company Shipping
Custom prompts in these categories will display in the order you set below the standard prompts in each category.

Company Billing Name (use to collect the “bill to” company name)

Company Shipping Name (use this to collect the “ship to” company name)

Registration Form Setup
Prompts under the specific Company categories work just the same as other prompts. Check to activate for the Default Registration form or within a Custom Form for a Registration Profile. Let the system know whether the prompt is Optional or Required.
Display on the Registration Form
The Company prompts will show in the section after the Personal Information section. The same is true for Company Billing and Company Shipping.
If both Company Billing and Company Shipping address are active, the registrant will see a “Same as Billing Address” checkbox above the Company Shipping prompt block. This will copy the information from the Billing Address block when checked.
Company Addresses in the My Account Area
Registrants have the ability to enter and save their Company Addresses in the Profile section of their account in the My Account area. This is typically accessed by clicking the user name displayed in the upper right of the site or when (non admin) users first sign in. There are also links provided in registration confirmation emails to direct the registrant to their account area.
