REGISTERED ATTENDEES LIST
Visit the Event Dashboard, then click on an event to open its settings. Click the green REGISTERED ATTENDEES button. The Registered Attendees list is your hub for modifying, cancelling, adding and deleting active registrations.
From here, you have complete admin control over your registrations received on that event.
OVERVIEW TOOLS
Upon clicking the green Registered Attendees button, you'll see an overview of your registration stats (i.e. Total Sales, Total Paid and Total Due). If using Custom Profiles, you will see a button called SHOW PROFILE DETAIL, which will expose a breakdown of registrations per profile:
CHARTS
Click the orange CHARTS icon to view a visual representation of the prompt data you captured in your event. In short, this will show you a mini snapshot of how registrants answered all multiple choice prompts within your event.
Each prompt will give a breakdown of:
- Total # of responses
- # of responses per answer choice
- % of total responses per answer choice
The charts also allow you to filter on a few key parameters:
- Registrant profile
- Specific prompt
- Question type (category of prompt)
Keep in mind, these charts cannot be exported. To capture data from the system, we recommend using the Custom Report.
GRAPHS
On the right, you'll see a small pie chart icon - click here to view a timeline of registrations per day, over time:
SORTING AND FILTERING CONTROLS
At the top of the Registered Attendees list, you have filter and search capabilities. Filter your list of attendees based on Custom Profile, Registration Item selected or a search criteria word of your choosing (based on company name or name of registrant).
Below these filtering options, you can sort the attendee list by clicking a column header. Sorting works based on alpha convention or numerical convention (depending on the column of data you're sorting).
Notice the REG DATA column in the screenshot below. This column shows whether an attendee was registered by someone else, which can happen in one of two possible ways:
- BLUE BLOCK: indicates Third Party Registration (register someone else using their email)
- ORANGE BLOCK: indicates Sub-Account Registration (attendee registered by a master account)
