This Authorize.net error means that the settings you have in Eventsquid for Payment Processing aren't matching the credentials in Authorize.net. Specifically "API user name is invalid and/or the transaction key or API key is invalid".
This could happen if you or someone in your organization changed your Authorize.net settings in Authorize.net and did not update them in Eventsquid.
To remedy:
- You need to locate your credentials in Authorize.net, mainly the API Login and Transaction Key. This article will show you where to find that information.
- Once you have the API Login and Transaction Key from your Authorize.net account, log into Eventsquid and from your main Eventsquid dashboard, click Manage Organization
- Click Payment Processing
- Click Manage next to your Authorize.net account
You need to ensure your API user name and Transaction key match what you have in your Authorize.net account.
