The Eventsquid native agenda is printable on the event website. When you view your agenda from the event homepage, you will see a PRINT button in the upper right corner.
With the Link to External Agenda tool, you can enable registrants to download your own custom agenda layout.
Click to preview your event website, then click to view your agenda. If your agenda is not activated, use the Content Activation tool to turn it on (click HERE for a help article on the Content Activation tool).
In the upper right corner of your agenda page, you'll see a PRINT button on the right. This is used for printing the native Eventsquid agenda.
On the left side, you'll see a "Print External" button, which acts as the download link for your own custom, external agenda. This button label and color is customizable within the Event Builder, which you'll see in the section below.
CONFIGURING THE EXTERNAL AGENDA
The first step to giving attendees a custom, downloadable agenda is to upload your custom document to Eventsquid.
Enter the Event Builder, then select the WEBSITE tab at the top. Click the Downloadable Documents tool on the left.
Use the UPLOAD NEW DOCUMENT button in the upper right to add your custom agenda to the document library of your event.
Once you upload the document, copy the download link that Eventsquid automatically generates for your document:
Next, enter the AGENDA tab in the Event Builder. Click the Link to An External Agenda tool on the left. The utility will guide you to paste your link in the appropriate space, then name / color your button below.
