EVENT-WIDE ATTENDEE LIMIT
If you have an OVERALL capacity for the event across all types of registrants (e.g., Attendees, Exhibitors, Staff, etc) then you can set that in this section. The system will STOP registration once that capacity number is reached.
The Advanced Computation Method is RARELY used. This allows you to consider quantities of registration items as headcount without any other special registration requirements. For example, let's say your registration form allows the purchase of multiple "registration tickets" but you don't need any other information on the people associated with those "tickets". In this case if you have 1 registrant and they select 10 tickets, the system will count that as 10 attendees.
ACCESS TO REGISTRATION AND EVENT WEBSITE
By default, all event sites are OPEN for viewing (anyone with the url can view it) and registration. The system gives you the option to restrict access to your registration form and/or event website.
Restrict Registration Access
You can restrict access to the registration form in two ways; create an ACCESS CODE or have the event registration by INVITATION ONLY.
To use an ACCESS CODE, click on Private or Invitational and and select Create Registration Access Code. Set your code and click SAVE. You can then add helper text to the access form; Leading Text shows before the field to enter the code, Contact block and additional messaging that shows at the bottom.
Here is the display on the registration access form:
To use a PRIVATE INVITATION LIST, click on Private or Invitational and select Use private Invitation list. You can then add helper text to the access form; Leading Text shows before the field to enter the code, Contact block and additional messaging that shows at the bottom.

You will need to create the private invitation list. See Invitations.
Restrict Event Site Access
You can restrict access to the event website with an access code that you create. Enter your code and click SAVE.
When someone visits your event website, they will have to enter the code to be able to view it.
