ADMIN CONTROL OVER REGISTRATION RECORDS
One of the core components of a registrant's dataset is the set of information they submit via the form prompts that you display in your registration form.
By clicking the Custom Questions or Travel Information buttons, you can view or edit the attendee's information. For a table of all attendee responses, access the reporting menu and use the CUSTOM REPORT. Additionally, our API will allow you to seamlessly integrate this information into your systems.
Access the Event Dashboard, then click to open a live event. Click the green REGISTERED ATTENDEES button - this exposes the completed registrants list for your event.
Click on any registrant's name and you will be brought into their registration record - the panel that is exposed is called the Registrant Details Panel.
The Registrant Details Panel gives you (the event admin) complete admin control over a registration. From here, you can complete a few of the following tasks:
- Manually charge a registrant credit card
- Resend a registration confirmation email (receipt included)
- Add or remove registration items
- Adjust the financial record of a registrant
- Redeem a coupon code on behalf of a registrant
- Generate check-in/check-out data for a registrant
- Cancel a registration and/or a registrant's itinerary selections

MODIFY CONCRETE REGISTRATION DETAILS
Add/remove registration items, administer accounting adjustments and resend confirmation emails right from the main tab in the Registrant Details Panel.
ADD OR REMOVE REGISTRATION ITEMS
Begin by clicking the + Add Item button atop the panel. Using the menu, add any item. Conversely, clicking the red X adjacent to an item will delete it, as will changing its quantity to 0.
CHECK-IN AND SCRATCH
You can check-in a user from the main dashboard by clicking the CHECK-IN button. Clicking the date will REVERSE check-in. Within the details panel, you can also record check-in's and scratches by activity.
- Click the checkmark icon to check a registrant into the activity
- Click the arrow icon to check a registrant out of that activity
- Use the strikethrough icon to cancel/scratch this item from the record - once all items are scratched from a record, the entire registration is entirely cancelled

MODIFY ATTENDEE PROFILE
Modify an attendee's personal contact information and assign their registration to another person right from the Personal Profile tab in the Registrant Details Panel.
You can modify this information in the case of a registrant's error by clicking the EDIT PROFILE button. An especially common occurrence is the registrant mistyping their email address, which prevents the user from receiving a confirmation email.
CHANGE CUSTOM QUESTION DATA
If need, you can make manual adjustments to a registrant's submitted (or not submitted) answer data to the custom questions you presented to them within the registration form. Simply access the Custom Questions tab in the Registrant Details Panel.
This section will reveal all travel prompts that are a part of your organization's prompt library, even if not used on this specific event.
The reason all prompts are exposed is that it allows you and your team to manage travel itineraries, especially in the event that the registrant is not responsible for filling out this information themselves. This tool gives you a back-end entry into the registrant's set of travel information without having to present all of these form prompts on the user-facing registration form.
